• Rapid, Individual Freezing:Product pieces are separated and lifted by air jets or mechanical agitation as they pass along a conveyor through the freezer, preventing clumping and ensuring uniform quick freezing.

• Temperature Range:Operates at very low temperatures, typically from -30C down to -60C, with air blown at velocities that can be adjusted for product type and thickness.

• Capacity and Size:Units are available in a range of capacities, from around 200 kg/h up to several tons per hour, depending on production requirements.

• Construction:Made from food-grade stainless steel for hygiene and corrosion resistance. Many models feature easy-cleaning designs, belt washing systems, automatic defrost, and fully welded structures for food safety and efficient maintenance.

• Cooling System:Uses either ammonia (R-717) or Freon-based refrigerantion, and can be equipped with water or hot gas defrosting.

• Applications:Ideal for foods requiring high quality after freezing, such as peas, berries, shrimp, diced vegetables, and small prepared foods
